Treatments with Aimee

An integrative, patient-centred approach is brought to her work, drawing on the strengths of Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside Reiki and yoga-informed principles to support each person as a whole.

Her priority is creating a calm, grounded, and trauma-aware space where you feel heard, respected, and supported; a genuinely inclusive environment where all are welcome.

Every consultation is individually tailored and guided by your goals, with treatments designed to gently regulate the nervous system, improve sleep and digestion, ease pain, and support mental, emotional, and energetic balance.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, drawing on therapies such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, and personalised lifestyle advice. Each treatment plan is individually tailored to support your unique needs and goals.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves the gentle insertion of fine, sterile, single-use needles into precise points on the body. These points are located along acupuncture ‘channels,’ which are understood in Chinese Medicine as pathways that guide the circulation of blood and Qi (energy)

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture is a natural approach to supporting healthy skin and slowing the visible signs of ageing. Using fine, sterile needles placed at specific points on the face and body, this treatment encourages circulation, stimulates collagen production, and promotes overall balance. Beyond enhancing skin tone and texture, cosmetic acupuncture also supports general wellbeing, recognising that healthy skin begins from within.
