Where can I park?

One hour free parking is available in Bridge Road.
There is two hour parking in Church Street and two hour free parking at Richmond Traders.

What is the nearest public transport?

The number 48 & 70 trams run along Bridge Road.
The number 78 tram runs along Church Street.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I claim my treatment with my health fund?

Accepted Answer

Rebates for Remedial Massage, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Osteopathy and Myotherapy can all be claimed on the spot with your Private Health Fund using our HICAS terminal.

Are the practitioners registered?

Yes, all our practitioners are fully registered and accredited with
either AHPRA, MMA or ANTA.

How many treatments will I need?

Accepted Answer

This will entirely depend upon the reason for your visit.
If it is for a long standing issue you may need two or three treatments.
If it is a simple issue, or you just need to relax and chill,
one visit may be enough.
Your practitioner will discuss a treatment plan together with you to determine how often you should have a treatment.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We ask wherer possible to give 24 hours notice if you need to
cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We realise that events do happen beyond your control, however cancellations under three hours or not keeping an appointment may result in a fee being charged.
