Cancellation Policy

At Bodyactive, we understand that our clients lead full and busy lives.

Due to work or personal circumstances your schedule can change.

You may need to reschedule your appointment time with us.

​

We ask that where possible, please give 12 hours notice of appointment changes or cancellations.

 

This allows us to allocate your appointment time to another client who needs our services.

Fees will be charged for last minute cancellations, appointment changes and for 'no shows'.

​

​

 

To assist, we will send an  'Appointment Reminder'  by either text or email the day before your sheduled appointment.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us on 03 9427 8848.

By booking an appointment at Bodyactive you agree to abide by our Cancellation Fees and Charges.

Cancellation Fees and Charges:

​

More than 12 hours notice:              No charge

​

Between 6 to 12 hours notice:        No fee charged if appointment rescheduled.

​

Less than 6 hours notice:                 A fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

​

No Show (failing to keep appointment without notification):     Full appointment fee due.
