Anja Bauer has been a therapist at Bodyactive since 2004.

Over the past 20 years she has treated hundreds of patients both as a Remedial Massage Therapist and a Naturopath- Nutritionist.

Naturally Anja has developed a dedicated following of many happy clients.

 

As a Massage Therapist, Anja treats a wide variety of people from many walks of life,

from officeworkers, exercise enthuesiasts to retirees.

Her Remedial Massage Treatments often include a combination of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Myofascial Cupping and Muscle Energy Technique.

Anja also has extensive experience in pre & post natal massage treatments

as well as relaxation therapy.

As a Naturopath- Nutritionist, Anja has an interest in Women's Health,

gut health and digestion, and stress related disorders.
