
Terrific Turmeric Latte Recipe
*serves one
Ingredients
1 cup of almond, rice or oat milk
1 tsp organic turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp freshly grated ginger or ginger powder
1 tsp coconut oil (eating turmeric with fats help your body absorb it)
Rice malt syrup to taste
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Gently heat the milk in a saucepan (be careful not to boil)
Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and pepper
Stir in coconut oil until it melts
Using a whisk, beat the liquid until it’s combined and a little frothy
Add rice malt syrup, pour into your favourite mug, sip and relax
